PDS AI and Data Management Services

Each of the following Services outlined can be contracted for as individual services or a set of related services.  What your needs are and how we work with you to determine these needs is part of the initial conversation interview to establish the overall program you require to manage your data and establish an analytical and AI framework.

Develop a long-term, guiding plan that defines the people, processes, and technology needed to drive value and meet regulatory requirements. The plan will be based on use cases developed as the first step in the engagement.

Using an iterative approach, PDS focuses on working with clients to identify the business objectives and how they want to use AI to meet strategic objectives as measured by defined metrics. The deliverable from PDS will be a strategy definition with the use cases identified to define the business targeted domain(s), identification of the relevant data, and established metrics to measure success.

Assessment and outline of the current architecture and associated data flow(s) from collection through transformation, distribution, and usage. The intent is to identify the current process challenges and outline a solution approach to support the relevant use cases. Architectural considerations include privacy, security, and cloud.

 Establishing the business context is crucial before assessing data: sources, composition, and quality. This process identifies gaps and sets the stage for enhancing data quality, ensuring its suitability for the solution. The outcome is a plan outlining data concerns and corrective actions to achieve the necessary understanding of required data that are part of the Data Governance and Framework Review Deliverable. 

Assess and define a governance framework that aligns with user story requirements and specific data quality issues. The deliverable will be a framework that is fit for purpose and outlines the development of the needed data management capabilities that are in cadence with the maturity of the roadmap to deliver an appropriate scaled data quality framework as needed over time.

PDS will work with clients to establish and create a uniform set of enterprise data elements regarding data as it defines customers, products, suppliers, and other business entities across different types of business and associated systems. The work will establish a Master Data Management (MDM) solution to help improve the quality of an organization's data by ensuring the identifiers and other key data elements about those entities are accurate and consistent.  If requested, PDS will assist with a MDM Tool Selection.

 A well-planned integration approach is essential to ensure data reaches the right people at the right timel, with proper checks, balances, and monitoring. With a robust integration plan, data ingested by the AI solution will achieve the necessary accuracy. PDS will devise a data migration strategy as the foundation for implementing data management processes to support the AI and analytics program. 

PDS is focused on providing the initial assessment, planning, and roadmap with the needed solution design. Our approach and program management activities are focused on identifying the strategy and tactical implementation steps using an iterative approach that defines and develops minimum viable projects (MVPs) as the program progresses. Our objective is to orchestrate the needed data management components in a final creative data solution in support of the AI and Analytical strategies.

 PDS is poised to address the organization's reporting and dashboarding requirements. Employing a methodology akin to our AI integration process, we will craft an analytics strategy that commences with a deep dive into the data. Our output will comprise a detailed outline of reporting needs, accompanied by an assessment of implementation feasibility and a roadmap for execution.
